My apartment building is going condo, and today I put down a deposit to buy a two-bedroom later this summer for an ungodly amount of money (although somewhat less ungodly than some comparable places).
God I feel old.

I live a half block from the beach in Southern California so no number will shock me. So if you don't mind, I'm quite curious to know what a condo goes for in NoVA.
I'm paying $425 K for a two bedroom, one bath on the first floor of my building.
I'm getting a deal because its a presale open to residents only. Pretty much everywhere else I've looked in the Courthouse to Ballston corridor, a 2 BR will run at least $500.
