So Who Won the Cheesesteak?

Despite actually being in the state of Ohio the past weekend, I missed out on the epic St. X v. Lakeland battle. Who prevailed?

Lakeland bounced a 41yd field goal off the crossbar and thru for a 25-22 OT victory (X had an interception on the subsequent possession).
